Callisto's emblem.
Callisto Sunshine is an assault specialist in the Kronyxian Elite Royal Guard. She is the only known human to possess two magical paragons, gaining one as a side effect of the soul manipulation cast on her by Zavorex. She fights alongside her younger sister Nova and her lifelong friends Camoflash, Octavia and Recon against the Zavorex uprising in Kronyxia and eventually the Eternian rebellion lead by Blossom Phoenix.
Childhood[]
Callisto Marie Sunshine was raised by her parents Nebulon and Cheria Sunshine in the Kronyxian capital of Nexus. She inherited her paragon "Hawkeye" from her father, an advanced form of vision that allows her to see in the dark. She associated herself with the more sophisticated crowd as a teenager, she developed a habit of always speaking politely and properly, using words such as darling and dearest as common terms of endearment towards anyone. Callisto attended Nexus High School with her sister and her friends, graduating and leading a priviledged young adult life until the day her parents disappeared.
Uprising[]
A few days after Nebulon and Cheria's disappearances, her father's partner Galvanir Zavorex and his wife Cynthia Deathwatch visited the Sunshine home. Zavorex tried to use his ethereal powers to take Callisto's soul, but failed when her sister intervened. Her body entered a magical stasis and was considered dead for three days before she awoke with her second paragon, "Force Acceleration."

"Absolute Focus" and "Force Acceleration"[]
Callisto is the only known human with two magical paragons.
"Absolute Focus" is her first paragon. Inherited from her father, it is an advanced form of vision that allows her to see in entirely dark situations. It is also the reason her eyes are yellow.
"Force Acceleration" is her second paragon, gained after her soul was altered by Zavorex. When activated, this power increases how fast Callisto moves, sometimes double normal human movement speed. This ability interferes with Callisto's natural flight powers, making her unable to fly while it's in use and unable to fly well for a duration after.
